基于半结构化访谈的家庭病床与家庭照护病床“二床合一”可行性研究及政策建议

The Feasibility Study and Policy Suggestion of the Two-bed Integration between Home Bed and Home Care Bed Based on Semi-structured Interview

目的:调查上海市中心城区的老年人对于家庭病床、家庭照护床位及“二床合一”的需求、存在的困难及老年人获益情况并进行分析,全方面了解“二床合一”的可行性。方法:2022年1—12月,选取在上海市黄浦区老西门街道社区卫生服务中心接受家庭病床服务的老年人2名,在老西门街道登记家庭照护床位服务的老年人2名,以及接受“二床合一”服务的老年人3名作为研究对象,采用半结构化访谈对研究对象进行面对面访谈。结果:接受家庭病床服务的老年人对于家庭照护服务不了解,接受家庭照护床位服务的老年人不了解家庭病床服务内容和申请途径,接受“二床合一”服务的老年人能够充分了解和利用两种服务的优势,并能够根据自身支付能力和需求精准组合服务套餐。结论:“二床合一”服务能够使“医”与“养”精准互动,具有满足老年人居家养老服务需求的趋势。

OBJECTIVE In aim to study the needs,difficulties and benefits of the elderly for home beds,home care beds and two-bed integration in the downtown area of Shanghai,and to understand the feasibility of two-bed integration in all aspects.METH⁃ODS It selected 2 elderly people receiving home bed service in the Community Health Service Center of Laoximen street,Huangpu district,Shanghai,2 elderly people registered home care beds in Laoximen Street,and 3 elderly people receiving two-bed integration service as the research subjects from January to December 2022.Semi-structured interviews were used to conduct face to face inter⁃views with the respondents.RESULTS Patients with family beds did not understand home care services.Patients in home-care beds did not understand the content of family bed services and application channels.Two-bed integration of patients fully understood and utilized the advantages of the two services,and can accurately combined service packages according to their own ability to pay and needs.CONCLUSION The two-bed integration service can make the“medical”and“nursing”accurately interact,and has the trend of meeting the needs of the elderly for home care.
