成都市预防接种门诊规范化建设情况分析

Analysis of the Standardized Construction of the Immunization Clinic in Chengdu

目的:了解成都市预防接种门诊规范化建设情况,为提高预防接种门诊建设水平提供参考依据。方法:根据地理位置将成都市分为一圈层、二圈层、三圈层。对成都市2019年申报AAA级及以上预防接种门诊进行现场评审,并进行资料分析。结果:2019年成都市申报AAA级及以上预防接种门诊评审共有119家,通过评审的有111家。其中,AAA级83家,AAAA级4家,AAAAA级24家。在AAA级预防接种门诊中,3个圈层在房屋及设施配置、免疫接种服务、健康教育和儿童预防接种信息化管理方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(F值分别为5.759、11.444、3.572、3.794,P值均<0.05);AAAA/AAAAA级预防接种门诊,3个圈层在硬件配置、人员配备方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(F值分别为4.239、4.821,P值均<0.05)。结论:成都市预防接种门诊规范化建设总体水平较好,但部分工作仍有待完善,一、二、三圈层各有优劣势,应进一步加快信息化、数字化管理系统建设,根据各圈层具体情况,因地制宜,优化门诊设施,提高免疫规划基层工作人员的工作效率,从而切实提升预防接种门诊的服务质量。

OBJECTIVE To understand the standardized construction of the vaccination clinic in Chengdu,and to provide a basis for improving the clinic construction.METHODS According to the geographical location,Chengdu was divided into firs layer,second layer and third layer.In 2019,119 AAA and above vaccination clinics in Chengdu were reviewed on site,and data were analyzed.RESULTS In 2019,a total of 119 AAA and above vaccination clinics in Chengdu passed the evaluation of 111,including 83 clinics of AAA,4clinics of AAAA,24 clinics of AAAAA.In the AAA clinics,the three circle areas have statistical significance in the four aspecsts of housing and facility(F=5.759,P<0.05),immunization service(F=11.444,P<0.05),health education(F=3.572,P<0.05)and children’s vaccination information management(F=3.794,P<0.05).In AAAA/AAAA vaccination clinics,the three cir⁃cles areas have statistically significant differences in hardware configuration(F=4.239,P<0.05)and staffing(F=4.821,P<0.05).CONCLUSION The overall level of standardized construction of immunization clinics in Chengdu is good,but some work is still un⁃satisfactory.The three circle areas have their own advantages and disadvantages.it should further accelerate the construction of infor⁃mation and digital management system,optimize the facilities of clinics according to the specific conditions of each circle area,im⁃prove the work efficiency of the staff of immunization,to improve the quality of vaccination services.
