摘要 目的:分析内蒙古食源性疾病流行特征,为食源性疾病防控提供科学依据。方法:2016—2020年,由哨点医院采集食源性疾病病例及标本信息,汇总分析阳性数据。结果:共收集到食源性疾病阳性病例913例,检出病原体943株。阳性病例集中分布于6—10月,以9月、10月最高。进食场所以家庭占比最高。诺如病毒和致泻大肠埃希氏菌为主要致病菌,水果及其制品、粮食及其制品和混合食品为主要可疑暴露食品。结论:内蒙古自治区食源性疾病阳性病例分布较为常规,应根据分布特征进行针对性防控。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemic characteristics of pathogens in active surveillance positive cases of foodborne dis⁃eases in Inner Mongolia,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of foodborne diseases.METHODS Summa⁃rize,analyze and report the information of cases and specimens collected by active monitoring sentinel hospitals from 2016 to 2020.RESULTS A total of 913 positive cases were monitored and 943 strains of pathogens were detected.The positive cases were concen⁃trated from June to October,with the highest in September and October.Therefore,the proportion of families is the highest.Norovi⁃rus and diarrhea causing Escherichia coli were the main pathogens.Fruits and their products,grains and their products and mixed foods are the main suspected exposed foods.CONCLUSION According to the epidemic characteristics of pathogens in this region,the prevention and control plan should be adjusted in time and effective intervention measures should be taken.
