Progresses of imaging methods and segmentation of region of interest in tumor radiomics

影像组学是近年图像分析方法研究热点,并已广泛用于诊断肿瘤及预测预后。图像分割是影像组学流程中最重要的步骤之一,采用最优图像分割方法是建立高性能模型的关键。本文就肿瘤影像组学成像方式及分割ROI方法进展进行综述。

Radiomics is a popular image analysis method being focused in recent years,which has been widely used for diagnosing tumor and predicting prognosis.Image segmentation is one of the most important steps in radiomics workflow.Optimal image segmentation method is the key to establish an excellent model.The progresses of imaging methods and segmentation of ROI in tumor radiomics were reviewed in this article.
