18507智能化综采工作面建设及应用分析

摘要 智能化开采对于实现煤矿的减员增效十分重要。介绍了18507智能化综采工作面的建设情况,重点分析了该工作面自动化集中控制的实现过程。在实现智能化开采后,日循环数达到8个,日出勤工数仅32个,工效达到了263t/工,这充分表明智能化综采工作面的建设可以实现减员增效。 Intelligent mining is crucial for reducing personnel and increasing efficiency in coal mines.This paper introduced the construction of the 18507 intelligent fully mechanized mining face,focused on analyzing the implementation process of the automation and centralized control of the working face.After the realization of intelligent mining,the number of daily cyclic number has reached 8,the number of daily work attendance is only 32,and the work efficiency has reached 263 t per worker,which could fully indicate that the construction of intelligent fully mechanized mining face can achieve staff reduction and efficiency increase.
