摘要
通过分析朱家峁煤矿一盘区东翼排水系统存在的排水距离长、管理环节复杂、水仓清淤工作量大、系统运行经济性差等问题,通过开展系统研究,优化设计,成功打造了“采空区过滤井下污水+建立地面直排系统+矿井水井下重复利用”的新模式。煤矿排水系统优化后,运行效率有了明显提升,系统管理简单,极大地降低了矿井排水、水仓清淤和污水处理方面的成本。
Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the drainage system of the east wing of the first pan area of Zhujiamao Coal Mine,such as long drainage distance,complex management links,heavy silting workload of water silting bin and poor system operation economy,the design was optimized by carrying out a systematic study.A new model of"underground sewage filtration in goaf+establishment of ground direct discharge system+reuse of mine water in underground mine"has been successfully created.The operation efficiency of the optimized drainage system has been significantly improved,and the system management is simple,greatly reducing the cost of mine drainage,desilting of water sump and sewage treatment.
