摘要
为了让煤矿带式输送机运行更顺畅,降低能耗,设计了一种先进的煤流量检测系统。通过西门子开放用户通信的建立,能够更好地对输送带煤炭流动进行检测。现场应用后,当输送机的负荷发生若干变化时,行驶速度保持不变;负荷发生较大变化时,采用调整输送机行驶速度的方法,降低输送机的能耗和磨损,充分发挥变频器功能的梯形速度调整策略。
In order to make the coal mine belt conveyor run more smoothly and reduce energy consumption,an advanced coal flow detection system was designed.Through the establishment of Siemens open user communication,the coal flow on the conveyor belt can be better detected.After on-site application,when the load of the conveyor changes several times,the driving speed remains unchanged;when there is a significant change in load,the method of adjusting the driving speed of the conveyor is adopted to reduce energy consumption and wear of the conveyor,and to fully utilize the trapezoidal speed adjustment strategy of the frequency converter function.
