摘要
孔道压浆质量的好坏直接影响到结构的安全性和耐久性。为了达到更好的效果,在预应力技术应用之前需要做好孔道压浆配合比的设计以及材料的确定。基于此利用MAA模型指导配合比设计,通过系列比对试验,分析不同单掺压浆材料的流动性、泌水性和复掺压浆材料的配合比。试验研究表明,只要选取合适的压浆原材料及各种掺量的比例,孔道压浆的质量状况就能得到可靠的保障,消除存在于预应力混凝土结构中的工程隐患。
The quality of channel grouting directly affects the safety and durability of the structure.In order to achieve better results,it is necessary to design the mix ratio of channel grouting and determine the material before the application of prestress technology.Based on this,the mix design is guided by MAA model,and the fluidity,bleeding and mixture ratio of different single-mixed grouting materials are analyzed through a series of comparison tests.The experimental study shows that as long as the appropriate grouting raw materials and various proportions are selected,the quality of channel grouting can be reliably guaranteed and the engineering hidden dangers existing in prestressed concrete structures can be eliminated.
