海南省城镇居民消费结构升级及对策分析

Analysis of the Upgrading and Countermeasures of the Consumption Structure of Urban Residents in Hainan Province

本文基于2010-2021年国际旅游岛政策上升为国家战略以来海南城镇居民消费结构数据进行分析,得出海南居民消费结构的现状及特征:生存型消费比重下降,食品内部消费结构发生积极转变;发展享受型消费比重上升,尤其是房价上涨快,带动居住消费支出增长快,教育文化娱乐服务和医疗保健类支出呈平稳持续上升态势等。另外,本文还提出顺应海南城镇居民消费趋势,促进居民消费升级的对策,为海南在经济发展过程中调整产业结构和优化居民消费结构提供科学的决策依据,以期助力海南自由贸易港建设。

This paper analyses the data on the consumption structure of Hainan's urban residents from 2010 to 2021 since the policy of the intemnational tourism island was upgraded to a national strategy,and draws out the current situation and characteristics of the consumption structure of Hainan's residents:the proportion of survival-based consumption is declining,and the intermal consumption structure of foodstuffs has undergone a positive transformation;the proportion of the development-based and enjoyment-based consumption is rising.especially the rapid rise in house prices,which has led to the rapid growth of the consumption expenditure on housing,and the expenditure on education,culture,and entertainment services and medical and healthcare expenditures are rising steadily and continuously.In addition,it puts forward the countermeasures to comply with the consumption trend of Hainan's urban residents and promote the upgrading of residents'consumption,to provide a scientific decision making basis for adjusting the industrial structure and optimizing the residents"consumption structure in the process of economic development of Hainan,and to assist in the construction of Hainan's free trade port.
