中德企业科技创新合作的现状与展望——基于147个中德合作企业的调查研究

Current Situation and Prospects of Sino-German Enterprise Cooperation in Scientifi c and Technological Innovation——Based on a Survey of 147 Sino-German Cooperative Enterprises

通过统计分析和质性研究的方法,本文以147家中德合作企业的问卷调查结果为基础,结合12家中德科技创新合作标杆企业的深度访谈,系统展示了当前中德两国企业科技创新合作的现状与趋势,梳理并描述了两国企业在科技创新合作的出发点、领域及合作伙伴选择方面存在的主要差异,为希望促进两国科技创新合作的地方政府和相关管理机构提出了相关政策设计和工作推动的建议,对中德两国科技创新领域的企业合作提供了趋势判断和发展分析。

Through statistical analysis and qualitative research,based on the questionnaire survey results of 147 Sino-German cooperative enterprises,combined with in-depth interviews of 12 Sino-German benchmarking enterprises in scientific and technological innovation cooperation,this paper systematically presents the current status and trend of scientific and technological innovation cooperation between Chinese and German enterprises.This paper summarizes and describes the main differences between the two countries in terms of starting points,fields,and selection of partners for cooperation in scientific and technological innovation,puts forward relevant policies and work promotion suggestions for local governments and relevant management agencies hoping to promote cooperation in scientific and technological innovation between the two countries,and provides trend prediction and development analysis of cooperation between Chinese and German enterprises in the field of scientific and technological innovation.
