数字经济促进广西对外贸易竞争力实证分析——基于人力资本的角度

Empirical Analysis of Digital Economy Promoting Guangxi’s Foreign Trade Competitiveness——From the Perspective of Human Capital

新冠疫情蔓延给世界各国经济和外贸进出口带来了巨大的打击和挑战。随着信息技术革命的渗透和数字经济快速发展,企业的价值链和商业模式发生了巨大变化,人工智能、区块链和虚拟现实等技术成为贸易发展的助推器,不断影响着国际分工与贸易格局。广西作为国内国际双循环的重要节点和融入东盟的重要通道,抓住数字经济发展带来的机遇,扩大贸易合作并实现良性循环,推动产业优化升级,提高对外贸易竞争力,对于广西外贸的发展和经济增长有着较强的实践意义。本文通过收集广西2011—2020年14个地级市的样本,利用Stata软件,运用固定效应模型,研究数字经济对广西对外贸易竞争力的影响,同时以人力资本为中介变量探究数字经济对广西对外贸易竞争力的影响机制。研究结果表明,数字经济通过人力资本能够提升广西对外贸易竞争力。最后,根据研究结论,从推进数字基础设施建设、健全人才培养及激励机制和加强科技创新三个方面,对提高广西对外贸易竞争力和地方经济的高质量发展提出针对性的建议。

The spread of the COVID-19 epidemic has brought tremendous blows and challenges to the economies and foreign trade imports and exports of countries around the world.With the penetration of the information technology revolution and the rapid development of the digital economy,the value chain and business models of enterprises have undergone tremendous changes.Artificial intelligence,blockchain,and virtual reality technologies have become boosters of trade development,continuously affecting the international division of labor and trade pattern.As an important node in the domestic and intemnational dual circulation and an important channel for integrating into ASEAN,Guangxi seizes the opportunities brought by the development of the digital economy,expands trade cooperation and achieves a virtuous cycle,promotes industrial optimization and upgrading,and improves foreign trade competitiveness.This has strong practical significance for the development of Guangxi's foreign trade and economic growth.By collcting the samples of 14 Prefecture-level city in Guangxi from 2011 to 2020,this paper uses Stata software and the fixed effect model to study the impact of digital economy on Guangxi's foreign trade competitiveness.At the same time,it uses human capital as the intermediary variable to explore the impact mechanism of digital economy on Guangxi's foreign trade competitiveness.The research results indicate that the digital economy can enhance Guangxi's foreign trade competitiveness through human capital.Finally,based on the research findings,targeted suggestions are proposed for improving Guangxi's foreign trade competitiveness and high-quality development of the local economy from three aspects:promoting digital infrastructure construction,improving talent cultivation and incentive mechanisms,and strengthening technological inovation.
