长三角先进制造业集群一体化发展的策略研究

A Strategic Study on the Integrated Development of Advanced Manufacturing Clusters in the Yangtze River Delta

长三角是我国重要的先进制造业基地,推进长三角先进制造业集群高质量一体化发展,可以构建持续的自主创新能力,高价值链控制能力和空间集聚能力,实现经济发展模式从要素驱动向创新驱动转换。本文通过分析长三角制造业及先进制造业集群一体化发展的现状、基础和限制条件,从全产业链构建、集群创新能力提升、工业互联网赋能和组建先进制造业集群联盟四个方面提出了长三角先进制造业集群一体化发展的策略,并在此基础上对我国先进制造业集群的发展趋势进行预测和展望。

The Yangtze River Delta is an important advanced manufacturing base in China.Promoting the high-quality integrated development of advanced manufacturing clusters in the Yangtze River Delta can build up sustained independent innovation capability,high-value chain control capability and spatial agglomeration capability,and realize the transformation of the economic development models from factor-driven to innovation-driven models.By analyzing the status quo,foundations,and constraints of the integrated development of the manufacturing industry and advanced manufacturing clusters in the Yangtze River Delta,this paper puts forward the strategies for the integrated development of advanced manufacturing clusters in the Yangtze River Delta in four aspects,namely,the construction of the al1-link industrial chain,the enhancement of cluster innovation capability,the empowerment of industrial Internet and the formation of advanced manufacturing cluster alliance.On this basis,the development trend of China's advanced manufacturing clusters is predicted and outlooked.
