摘要
以上饶县某集团规划项目1号综合楼民用建筑项目为例,通过了解该项目的使用功能及业态定位,提出民用建筑消防设计的裙房、安全出口、消防车道等具体设计问题,并针对性给出解决措施,完善消防相关设计,提出合理的优化对策,打造高质量的民用建筑。
Taking the civil building project No.1 of Guangxin group planning project in Shangrao county as an example,this paper proposes specific design problems of civil building fire protection design,such as podium,safety exit and fire driveway,through understanding the use function and business positioning of the project,and puts forward specific solutions to improve fire protection related design and reasonable optimization countermeasures,so as to create high-quality civil buildings.
