贵阳灰岩地层地铁盾构施工技术研究

摘要 贵阳地区主要为中风化灰岩地层,岩石强度较高、地下水位高,盾构施工面临施工效率低、刀具磨损快、盾构掘进姿态不易控制等不利情况。以贵阳市轨道交通3号线一期工程师范学院站—东风镇站为工程背景,针对盾构施工的实际需要,通过对盾构机进行改造(采用复合式盾构设计,配置高强度复合刀盘、提高主驱动功率及扭矩等)为在灰岩地层掘进提供保障。统计隧道右线前200环掘进参数和管片轴线偏差数据,对区间隧道盾构作业掘进参数、注浆参数以及配套机械设备作业适应性进行研究,同时对施工质量全过程开展分析,总结并完善对应的施工与管片质量控制措施,以适应贵阳灰岩地层盾构机改造及快速施工。 The main stratum in Guiyang is long-distance,moderately weathered limestone stratum,with high rock strength and high groundwater level.Shield construction faces disadvantages such as low construction efficiency,fast tool wear,and difficult control of shield tunneling attitude.Taking Guiyang rail transit line 3 phase I engineering teachers college station-Dongfeng town station as the engineering background.According to the actual needs of shield construction,through the transformations of the shield machine(using a composite shield design,equipping with high-strength composite cutter head,improving main drive power and torque,etc),provide equipment support for tunneling in limestone formations.In order to adapt to the reconstruction and rapid construction of shield tunneling machine in limestone stratum of Guiyang,the tunneling parameters and segment axis deviation data of the first 200 rings on the right tunnel line ar counted.The tunneling parameters and grouting parameters of shield tunneling in interval tunnel and the operation adaptability of supporting mechanical equipment are studied.At the same time,the whole process of construction quality is analyzed.The corresponding construction and segment quality control measures are summarized and improved.
