地下变电站主变室通风气流组织设计模拟研究

摘要 为研究集约式城市110 kV地下变电站主变室在不同的气流组织方式下的温度场、速度场的分布情况,比较送、排风口的位置对主变室降温效果的影响,采用计算流体力学(CFD:Computational Fluid Dynamics)数值模拟软件Fluent对比侧送侧排、侧送顶排、下送侧排和下送顶排4种送排风方案,对主变室内气流组织进行模拟分析。通过对特征截面温度场和速度场的分析,发现侧送顶排方案下,低温送风气流在房间内部的影响范围扩大,降温效果显著。所得结论对实际工程有较强的指导意义,为主变室的通风设计提供借鉴。 In order to study the temperature field and velocity field distribution of the main transformer room of an intensive urban 110 kV underground substation under different air distribution methods,and to compare the influence of the location of the air supply and exhaust outlets on the cooling effect,this study uses computational fluid dynamics software Fluent to compare four air supply and exhaust schemes:side-delivery-side-row,side-delivery-top-row,bottom-delivery-side-row and bottom-delivery-top-row,to simulate and analyze the air flow organization in the main transformer room.Through the analysis of the temperature field and velocity field of the characteristic cross-section,it is found that under the side-supply-top-row scheme,the influence range of the low-temperature supply air flow inside the room is expanded,and the cooling effect is significant.The conclusions have strong guidance to practical application and provide reference for ventilation design of main transformer room.
