摘要
为解决某水电站项目交通桥T梁施工面临工期紧和施工场地十分有限的困难,项目部通过对交通桥T梁结构设计特点、施工工艺和施工预制场地情况的综合分析,制订了不同模板方案并进行比较分析,最终设计定制了一套组合式钢模板,制订了每条T梁的施工顺序,优化了施工工艺。结果表明:选定的模板方案保证T梁施工的质量,达到了预期的进度目标和成本目标,使项目其他部位的施工得以顺利开展。
In order to solve the difficulties of tight construction period and very limited construction site in the construction of T-beam of access bridge in a hydropower station,through the comprehensive analysis of the structural design characteristics,construction technology and construction prefabrication site of T-beam of access bridge,the project department compared and analyzed different formwork schemes,and finally designed and customized a set of combined steel formwork,formulated the construction sequence of each T-beam,and optimized the construction technology.The results show that the selected formwork scheme ensures the quality of T-beam construction,achieves the expected schedule and cost objectives,enables the construction of other parts of the project to be carried out smoothly.
