本文基于绿色低碳背景下对住宅小区建筑的设计规划策略展开综合探讨,结合绿色低碳的发展目标明确了住宅小区绿色低碳规划设计的基本原则和要求,以期为推动城市绿色建筑的经济发展提供可靠的参考依据。近年来,建筑行业逐渐加大了工程建设进度,在项目规划设计、施工建造过程中也增加了对各类资源和能源的需求。对此,应有效融入绿色低碳的环保理念,加强资源整合,充分利用绿色节能技术降低建筑能耗,推动建筑领域的可持续发展。

Based on the background of green and low-carbon,this paper comprehensively discusses the design and planning strategies of residential buildings,and clarifies the basic principles and requirements of green and low-carbon planning and design of residential communities in combination with the green and low-carbon development goals,aiming to provide a reliable reference for promoting the economic development of urban green buildings.In recent years,the construction industry has gradually increased the progress of engineering construction,and the demand for various resources and energy has also increased in the process of project planning,design,and construction.Therefore it is necessary to effectively integrate the concept of green and low-carbon environmental protection,strengthen resource integration,make full use of green energysaving technologies to reduce building energy consumption,and promote sustainable development in the construction field.
