How to Effectively Realize Dynamic Management of Construction Engineering Cost

工程造价是任何规模、类型的建筑项目中不可忽视的方面,做好造价管理有助于项目的高效实施,更能提高项目的经济与社会效益。但在建筑现代化发展的趋势下,原有的工程造价管理理念暴露了诸多问题,难以达到造价控制的整体目标,为解决工程造价方面的问题,动态管理理念受到了人们的关注,通过构建工程造价动态管理机制,能提高资源的利用水平。基于此,本文重点分析了建筑工程造价动态管理的策略,对同类型项目具有指导与借鉴意义。

Engineering cost is an aspect that cannot be ignored in any scale or type of construction project.Good cost management helps to efficiently implement the project and improve its economic and social benefits.However,with the trend of modern development in architecture,the original engineering cost management concept has exposed many problems,making it difficult to achieve the overall goal of cost control.In order to solve the problems in engineering cost,the dynamic management concept has attracted people’s attention.By constructing a dynamic management mechanism for engineering cost,the level of resource utilization can be improved.Based on this condition,this paper focuses on analyzing the strategies for dynamic management of construction project costs,which has guiding and reference significance for similar projects.
