本文通过分析城市河道综合整治工程造价控制存在的问题,从而可以了解到主要存在不确定的工程量、项目管理不规范、建筑材料价格波动、设计方案变更、人力资源成本增加等方面的问题,并了解到导致问题产生的原因;之后探究了提高城市河道综合整治工程造价控制质量的有效策略,以供相关人员参考。

This paper analyzes the problems in cost control of urban riverway comprehensive regulation projects,accordingly understands the main problems such as uncertain engineering quantity,nonstandard project management,price fluctuation of construction materials,design scheme change,and increase of human resource cost,and recognizes the causes of such problems.Then,effective strategies to improve the cost control quality of urban riverway comprehensive regulation projects are explored,for the reference of relevant personnel.
