我国既有的建筑装饰工程项目施工管理工作开展中,越来越多的建筑装饰企业意识到施工管理的价值,也采取了一系列积极措施用于施工管理的优化。为此,本文在观点论述的过程中,立足当前我国建筑装饰工程项目施工管理工作的开展现状出发,针对我国建筑装饰工程项目施工管理过程中存在的问题和对策进行了梳理。希望通过本文给出的对策,能够推动建筑装饰工程项目施工管理的优化,提升建筑装饰工程项目施工管理的综合效益。

In the construction management of existing building decoration engineering projects in China,more building decoration enterprises realize the value of construction management,and also take a series of active measures for the optimization of construction management.Therefore,in the process of discussion of viewpoints,this paper starts from the current status of construction management of building decoration engineering projects in China,and sorts out the problems and countermeasures in the construction management process of building decoration engineering projects in China.It is hoped that the countermeasures given in this paper can promote the optimization of construction management of building decoration engineering projects and improve the comprehensive benefits of construction management of building decoration engineering projects.
