丘陵山区中小型规模化养猪场粪污处理工程工艺优化研究

Optimization of Manure Treatment Engineering Process for Small and Medium Scale Pig Farms in Hilly and Mountainous Areas

摘要 本文以屏山县域洪养殖专业合作社为例,针对其粪污排放灌溉处理工程工艺存在的处理后养殖废水未能达到灌溉标准的问题,新增了UASB厌氧反应池、高温智能禽畜粪便发酵罐、A/O系统反应池等处理设备与设施,将工艺优化为“养殖废水(水泡粪)+格栅渠+废水收集池+固液分离+缓冲池+UASB厌氧反应池+中沉池+一级A/O系统反应池+二级A/O系统反应池+二沉池+深度处理池+清水池+生态氧化塘”,同时对处理后的粪污进行检测。结果表明:优化后的工程工艺,运行效果良好,排出的养殖废水符合《农田灌溉水质标准》(GB 5084—2021)旱作模式指标要求,养殖粪便经过无害化处理后转化为优良的有机肥料。该工程工艺可有效解决丘陵山区中小型规模化养猪场面源污染问题,实现粪污资源化利用。 Taking Yuhong Breeding Professional Cooperative in Pingshan County as an example,this paper aimed to the issue of the treated aquaculture wastewater failing to meet irrigation standards in its manure discharge irrigation treatment engineering process,added manure treatment equipment and facilities such as UASB anaerobic reaction tank,high-temperature intelligent livestock manure fermentation tank,and A/O system reaction tank etc.,optimized the process to"aquaculture wastewater(water soaked manures)+grid channel+wastewater collection tank+solid-liquid separation+buffer tank+UASB anaerobic reaction tank+intermediate sedimentation tank+primary A/O system reaction tank+secondary A/O system reaction tank+secondary sedimentation tank+deep treatment tank+clear water tank+ecological oxidation pond",and detected the treated manures.The results showed that the optimized engineering process had good operational effects,and the discharged aquaculture wastewater met the requirements of the Standard for Irrigation Water Quality(GB 5084—2021)for dry farming mode.The aquaculture manure was transformed into excellent organic fertilizer after harmless treatment.This engineering process can effectively solve the source pollution problem of small and medium scale pig farms in hilly and mountainous areas,and achieve the resources utilization of manure.
