香菇多糖对鸡的安全性试验

Safety of Lentinan on Chicken

为评价香菇多糖对鸡的安全性,本文选取200羽15日龄健康海兰鸡为研究对象,在其饮水中添加100、60、20 mg/L香菇多糖,连饮5 d,并以不添加香菇多糖作为对照(CK),研究香菇多糖对鸡一般健康状况、生长性能、血清生化指标、血液生理指标、脏器指数的影响。结果表明:在整个给药期内,鸡均未出现任何不适或中毒症状,精神、食欲、饮水、排粪、活动等均无异常;香菇多糖添加浓度为20~100 mg/L时,对鸡无明显毒副作用,临床应用安全。

In order to evaluate the safety of lentinan on chickens,200 healthy Hailan chickens with 15 days old were selected as the research objects,and 100,60,20 mg/L lentinan was respectively added to their drinking water for 5 days,and no lentinan was added as the control(CK),then the effects of lentinan on the general health status,growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,blood physiological indicators and organ indexes of chickens were studied.The results showed that throughout the entire administration period,the chickens did not show any discomfort or poisoning symptoms,and there were no abnormalities in their mental state,appetite,drinking water,defecation and activity;when the added concentration of lentinan was 20-100 mg/L,it had no obvious toxic and side effects on chickens,and was safe for clinical application.
