基于SNA-NK模型的企业渐进式创新 绩效提升路径研究

摘要 基于企业渐进式创新相关文献调研,运用社会网络分析对梳理得到的影响因素进行关键因素识别并确定关键因素间关联性,进而通过NK模型建立企业创新决策选项合集,再利用计算机仿真计算适应度值并绘制适应度景观,结合不同攀爬策略获取企业渐进式创新绩效提升路径。实例分析表明,企业渐进式创新绩效影响因素存在主次之分,不同关键因素组合状态对应着不同的企业渐进式创新绩效,且因素间相互影响关系以及先后优化顺序是渐进式创新绩效作用差异化的重要原因。其中组织知识管理、外部信息搜寻、组织吸收能力、合作伙伴关系、组织研发能力和组织技术水平6个因素是企业渐进式创新绩效的关键影响因素。以组织知识管理、合作伙伴关系、组织研发能力、外部信息搜寻、组织技术水平和组织吸收能力的顺序进行优化可以避免企业陷入“局部最优”陷阱,使得渐进式创新绩效达到全局最优值,由此为企业创新活动及绩效提升提出了对策与建议。 Based on the extant literature focusing on incremental innovation,this paper complies and examines variables impacting incremental innovation,identifies the major determinants affecting incremental innovation success,and analyzes the links between these factors using the method of social network analysis(SNA).Then a range of choices for creative decision-making are produced,laying the groundwork for the development of an NK model for incremental innovation.Fitness values and fitness landscapes are computed and shown by computer simulations.This approach makes it easier for businesses to acquire an incremental innovation performance enhancement pathway combined with relevant climbing tactics.The case mathematical calculation highlights that the factors that impact the incremental innovation performance of businesses differ in their level of significance.Various combinations of these key factors align with distinct outcomes in terms of incremental innovation performance for companies.The interconnections among these factors,alongside the sequence in which they are optimized,play a crucial role in creating variations in the outcomes of progressive innovation performance.The findings indicate that the six salient factors that have a substantial impact on incremental innovation include knowledge management,external information search,absorptive capacity,partner relationships,research and development capabilities,and technological competency.Companies can avoid falling into the“local optimum”trap and enable incremental innovation performance to reach a global optimum by optimizing the sequence of knowledge management,partner relationships,research and development capability,external information search,technological competency,and absorptive capacity.Finally,this paper provides practical implications and tactics for promoting innovation activities and boosting performance.
