海洋某A平台原油污水处理系统清水剂换型及效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 某海洋采油中心平台污水处理系统中使用的原清水剂TS-Q7901,随着油田的连续生产和注入,乳化脱水效果不理想,不能很好解决污水中的含油量问题,影响了注水水质。由于平台生产场地空间受限,无法实现建造新的污水处理设备或旧设备的改造,因此只能通过投入更高效清水剂来降低注水的含油量,改善注水水质。经过该平台药剂换型方案研究及效果评价,筛选出的清水剂BHQ-433具有良好的清水效果。通过在现场对BHQ-433进行应用试验,对不同加药剂量下水处理系统运行效果的分析,得出BHQ-433处理效果最好的加药浓度为70 mL/min(19 mg/L)。 The emulsification and dehydration effect TS-Q7901 by the water cleaning agent originally used in the sewage treatment system of platform A of an offshore oil production center is not ideal for continuous oil production in oilfields,and the oil removal effect of domestic sewage is not good,which cannot solve the oil pollution problem in sewage and the water injection quality is affected.Due to the limited space of the platform production site,it is not possible to build new sewage treatment equipment or renovate old equipment.Therefore,only more efficient water cleaning agent can be used to reduce the oil content of water injection and improve the water quality of water injection.Through the research and effect evaluation of this platform,the selected water cleaning agent BHQ-433 has great clear water effect.Based on the application test of BHQ-433 in the field and the analysis of the operation effect of the sewage treatment system with different dosing dosages,it is concluded that the best dosing concentration of BHQ-433 is 70 mL/min(19 mg/L).
