摘要
文章主要介绍了余压发电技术的建设背景、基础条件、技术现状和实际应用情况以及未来发展方向。其中,技术现状部分详细介绍了透平膨胀机技术、螺杆膨胀机技术、单/双转子膨胀机技术、流体马达/星旋马达技术等余压发电技术路线和设备厂商情况,分析了余压发电效益影响因素和评价指标体系,并探讨了商业模式和实际应用项目的经济性评价,提出了技术攻关和管理提升两个未来发展方向。
This paper mainly introduces the construction background,basic conditions,technical status and practical application of residual voltage power generation technology,as well as the future development direction.In the technical status section,the technical route and equipment manufacturers of residual pressure power generation such as turbine expander technology,screw expander technology,single/double rotor expander technology,fluid motor/star motor technology are introduced in detail.The economic evaluation part analyzes the influencing factors and evaluation index system of residual voltage power generation benefits,and discusses the economic evaluation of business models and practical application projects.Finally,the paper puts forward two future development directions:technical breakthrough and management improvement.
