Safety Production Countermeasures of Small and Medium-sized Chemical Enterprises in New Era

为有效提升新时代中小化工企业生产安全水平,降低事故危害。文章基于2018—2022年化工企业事故案例,系统分析了引发化工企业安全事故的主要原因,并提出了具体的管控措施。研究结果表明:一些中小化工企业现有安全生产重点存在问题为作业人员违规操作、安全意识不到位、企业安全生产规章制度和操作规程不健全和所在区域安全监管部门和政府监管不力引起,并从人员、机器设备、化学物料、作业环境和制度五方面提出管控措施方案,从而实现安全生产目标,为新时代化工企业创造良好发展环境。

In order to effectively improve the production safety level of small and medium-sized chemical enterprises in the new era,reduce the accident hazard.Based on the case of accidents in chemical enterprises from 2018 to 2022,this paper systematically analyzes the main causes of safety accidents in chemical enterprises,and puts forward specific control measures.The results show that the existing problems in the safety production of some small and medium-sized chemical enterprises are caused by the illegal operation of the operators,the lack of safety awareness,the imperfect production safety rules,regulations and operation procedures of the enterprises and the weak supervision of the regional safety supervision department and the government.Control measures are proposed from the personnel,machinery and equipment,chemical materials,working environment and system,so as to achieve the goal of safe production,to create a good development environment for chemical enterprises in new era.
