对某采油厂计量站生产工艺、主要设备进行分析,根据功能、平面布置、易燃易爆物情况划分单元,结合石油行业历史事故统计数据,采用LEC法进行风险评估,划分风险等级,提出安全管理措施,从而明确安全管理目标,提高安全管理水平。

The production process and main equipment of an oil production plant metering station are analyzed,divided according to function,floor plan and flammable and explosive substances,and combined with historical accident statistics of the oil industry,the LEC method is used to conduct risk assessment,classify risk levels and propose safety management measures,so as to clarify safety management objectives and improve safety management.
