西咪替丁联合蜡样芽孢杆菌治疗胃肠型感冒的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Cimetidine Plus Bacillus Cereus in Treating the Gastrointestinal Type Cold

目的 研究西咪替丁联合蜡样芽孢杆菌治疗小儿胃肠型感冒的临床疗效分析。方法 选择我院2020年1月至2021年6月期间收入的60例胃肠型感冒患儿,按照治疗差异分为两组均30例,对照组采取西咪替丁单独治疗,研究组在此基础上采取蜡样芽孢杆菌治疗,观察两组患儿治疗效果、症状消失时间、胃肠道功能、血锌、粪便乳杆菌及双歧杆菌水平、症状积分、不良反应情况。结果 治疗前两组胃肠道功能均无差异,治疗前两组血锌、粪便乳杆菌及双歧杆菌水平无差异,治疗前两组症状积分之间无差异,两组治疗期间不良反应发生率无差异,P>0.05。研究组治疗总有效率86.67%高于对照组73.33%,研究组在各项症状消失时间均短于对照组,治疗后两组胃肠道功能均出现好转,治疗后两组之间存在差异;治疗72h两组血锌、粪便乳杆菌及双歧杆菌水平均出现升高的情况,其中研究组均高于对照组;治疗72h两组症状积分均下降情况,两组存在差异;P<0.05。结论 对于胃肠型感冒可采取西咪替丁联合蜡样芽孢杆菌治疗,能够改善患儿胃肠道功能,并在短时间内改善患儿症状,使得患儿肠道正常菌群比例,疗效显著,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of cimetidine plus bacillus cereus in treating the gastrointestinal type cold.Methods 60 children with gastrointestinal type cold treated from January 2020 to June 2021 in our hospital were selected.According to different therapies,children were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group took cimetidine;the study group took cimetidine and bacillus cereus.Therapeutic effects,symptom disappearance time,gastrointestinal function,blood zinc,fecal lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium,symptom scores and adverse drug reactions were compared.Results Before treatment,the gastrointestinal function,blood zinc,fecal lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium levels and symptom scores between groups showed no statistically significant difference;the adverse reaction rate between groups was not significantly different(P>0.05);the total effective rate in the study group(86.67%)was higher than control group(73.33%);the symptom disappearance time in the study group was shorter than control group;after treatment,the gastrointestinal function for two groups were improved,with statistically significant difference between groups.After 72h of treatment,the blood zinc,lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium levels for two groups were increased,but related indicators in the study group were even higher than control group;after 72h of treatment,symptom scores for two groups were declined,with statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Cimetidine and bacillus cereus can improve the children’s gastrointestinal function,reduce the clinical symptoms and return the intestinal tract flora proportions to normal.It is worthy of application.
