类风湿关节炎患者的睡眠障碍影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Sleep Disorder in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的 统计分析类风湿关节炎患者的睡眠障碍影响因素。方法 以2022年1月-9月时间段作为病例资料收集、整理和分析的基础,期间入院治疗的129例类风湿关节炎患者为研究对象,对其睡眠障碍发生情况与影响因素进行统计分析。结果全部129例研究对象中,共收回有效调查问卷129例,共有55例出现睡眠障碍问题,占比42.63%;合并睡眠障碍患者的HADS、FSS、HAQ、PSQI、关节疼痛评分更高,DAS28值更高,关节胀痛数量更多,相较于无睡眠障碍者,差异明显(P<0.05),说明上述均为该症状的影响因素。结论 类风湿关节炎患者面临较高的睡眠障碍风险,需要找到出现类风湿关节炎合并睡眠障碍的危险因素,采取积极地干预措施,以纠正睡眠障碍症状。

Objective To statistically analyze the influencing factors of sleep disorder in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Based on the collection,sorting and analysis of case data from January to September,2022,129 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to hospital during this period were taken as the research object,and the occurrence and influencing factors of sleep disorders were statistically analyzed.Results Of all the 129 subjects,129 were valid questionnaires,and 55 cases had sleep disorders,accounting for 42.63%.HADS,FSS,HAQ,PSQI,joint pain score,DAS28 value and joint pain in patients with sleep disorder are higher,and the difference is obvious compared with those without sleep disorder(P<0.05),which shows that the above factors are the influencing factors of this symptom.Conclusion Patients with rheumatoid arthritis are at high risk of sleep disorder,so it is necessary to find the risk factors of rheumatoid arthritis complicated with sleep disorder and take active intervention measures to correct the symptoms of sleep disorder.
