摘要 近年来,在社会经济快速发展的背景下,中国石油和化工制造企业逐渐迎来了新的发展空间和发展机遇,但与此同时需要面对的市场竞争也变得越发激烈。通过进一步做好人力资源绩效考核管理工作,能够在较大程度上激励员工,充分挖掘员工潜能,从而达到人力资源持续增值的目的,对于提高企业竞争力可以发挥出重要价值和作用。 In recent years,under the background of rapid social and economic development,China’s petroleum and chemical manufacturing enterprises have gradually ushered in new development space and development opportunities,but at the same time,the market competition they need to face has become increasingly f ierce.By further doing a good job in human resource performance appraisal management,it can motivate employees to a large extent,fully tap their potential,so as to achieve the purpose of continuous value-added human resources,and play an important role in improving the competitiveness of enterprises.
