火电厂变压器油取样化验的管理

Management of Sampling and Testing of Transformer Oil in Thermal Power Plant

变压器油是石油中分馏的产物,其具有密度小的特点,有利于油中的杂质和水的沉淀。在火电厂中,通过变压器油取样化验操作,需要做好酸价、闪点、电气绝缘强度、机械混合物、游离酸的试验,根据空气泡的数量,电气绝缘强度降低情况,初步对比变压器油的劣化程度,防止变压器发生故障问题。基于此,文章首先简要分析了火电厂变压器油的重要性,其次重点分析了火电厂变压器油取样化验管理中的注意事项。

Transformer oil is the product of petroleum fractionation,which has the characteristics of low density and is conducive to the precipitation of impurities in oil and water.In thermal power plants,through sampling and testing of transformer oil,it is necessary to conduct tests on acid value,flash point,electrical insulation strength,mechanical mixture and free acid,preliminarily compare the deterioration degree of transformer oil,reduce the electrical insulation strength according to the number of air bubbles,and prevent transformer failure.Based on that,this paper first briefly analyzes the importance of transformer oil in thermal power plants,and then focuses on the matters needing attention in the sampling and testing management of transformer oil in thermal power plants.
