摘要
为有效应对不同类型危化品的管理,防止事故发生,文章综合物联网技术为危化品有效监管提供全新技术,即开发基于RFID技术的危化品管理柜,其具有一定的安全管控系统,并能使危化品管理具有精准性。因此,依托上位机工控软件和下位机执行硬件,文章从可行性和经济型角度引入了无接触式的、能够实现自动识别的超高频RFID技术,组合各模块构建开关动作执行单元,形成上位机下位机的通信协议和软件开发,从而实现危化品无需人员近距离操作即可感知信息并实现管控的目的,降低管控人员的人身安全风险。
To effectively deal with the management of different types of hazardous chemicals and prevent accidents,this paper provides brand-new technologies for the effective supervision of hazardous chemicals by integrating the Internet of Things technology,this is developing a hazardous chemical management cabinet based on RFID technology,which has a certain safety control system and can make the management of hazardous chemicals accurate.Therefore,based on the upper machine industrial control software and the lower machine execution hardware,this paper introduces the non-contact UHF RFID technology that canrealize automatic identif ication from the perspective of feasibility and economy,combine each module to construct the switch action execution unit,and forms the communication protocol and software development of the upper and lower computer.Thus,hazardous chemicals can information without close operation of personnel and realize the purpose of control,reducing the personal safety risks of control personnel.
