Effective Measures of Safety Production Supervision and Management in Chemical Enterprises

近年来,随着工业化进程的快速发展,化学品行业已成为国民经济的重要组成部分,但同时也带来了安全隐患。化工企业的危险化学品生产一旦出现事故,不仅对企业自身造成损失,还会对周边环境和居民造成严重威胁。因此,化工企业危险化学品生产的安全监督管理势在必行。文章从危险化学品的概念和分类、危险化学品事故的特点和危害等方面进行分析,明确了化工企业危险化学品生产中存在的问题,结合实例提出了危险化学品企业安全生产监督管理的有效措施。

In recent years,with the rapid development of the industrialization process,the chemical industry has become an important part of the national economy,but it also brings security risks.Once an accident occurs in the production of hazardous chemicals in chemical enterprises,it will not only cause losses to the enterprises themselves,but also pose a serious threat to the surrounding environment and residents.Therefore,the safety supervision and management of hazardous chemicals production in chemical enterprises is imperative.This paper analyzes the concept and classif ication of hazardous chemicals,the characteristics and hazards of hazardous chemical accidents,identif ies the problems existing in the production of hazardous chemicals in chemical enterprises,and puts forward effective measures for the supervision and management of safe production in hazardous chemical enterprises with examples.
