超声辅助低共熔溶剂提取五味子中木脂素类化合物的工艺

摘要 文章采用氯化胆碱类低共熔溶剂为提取介质,对五味子果实中的木脂素类化合物进行超声辅助提取。首先对9种氯化胆碱类低共熔溶剂(DESs)及4种物理辅助方法的提取效果进行了筛选,在此基础上采用单因素实验研究了含水量、料液比、提取时间、提取温度、超声功率对木脂素提取率的影响。超声波辅助氯化胆碱-乳酸(1∶1)低共熔溶剂提取木脂素的效果最好。最佳提取工艺是:料液比1∶10,含水量20%,超声时间40 min,超声温度50℃,超声功率600 W。此条件下,总木脂素得率为13.06 mg/g。超声波辅助氯化胆碱类低共熔溶剂提取具有得率高、安全环保等优点,该研究为提取五味子中木脂素类化合物提供了一种新技术。 To investigate the optimum extraction process of lignans from Schisandra chinensis by ultrasonic-assisted method with deep eutectic solvents(DESs)as extractant.Firstly,the extraction effects of 9 kinds of choline chloride eutectic solvents and 4 kinds of physical-assisted methods were screened.Then the effects of the DESs/water ratio,raw material/extractant ratio,ultrasound time(min),ultrasound temperature(℃),ultrasound power(W)on the extraction yield of lignans from Schisandra chinensis were investigated by single factor tests.The best DES is choline chloride-lactic acid(1∶1)eutectic solvent with ultrasonic-assisted.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:containing water 20%,raw material/extractant ratio 1∶10,ultrasound time 40 min,ultrasound temperature 50℃,ultrasound power 600 W.Under these condition,thetotal extraction yield was 13.06 mg/g.The ultrasonic-assisted extraction of choline chloride low eutectic solvent has the advantages of high yield,safety and environmental protection.This study provides a new technology for the extraction of lignans from Schisandra chinensis.
