Fault Analysis and Countermeasure Research on Bogie Bearing of Urban Rail Vehicles

城轨车辆转向架轴承对车辆的运行安全起着非常关键的作用,出现故障可能会造成严重后果。在对城轨车辆转向架轴承的故障类型和故障输出信号分析的基础上,以转向架齿轮箱轴承和牵引电机轴承典型故障为例,分析研究转向架轴承故障的成因与解决对策,为城轨车辆转向架轴承的优化提供借鉴。

Bogie bearings of urban rail vehicles play a very important role in the operation safety of vehicles,and failure may cause serious consequences.This paper based on the analysis of the fault types and fault output signals of urban rail vehicle bogie bearings,taking typical faults of bogie gearbox bearing and traction motor bearing as examples,analyzing and studying the causes and preventive measures of bogie bearing faults.Finally,the optimization direction of urban rail vehicle bogie bearing is summarized.
