摘要
近年来,随着教育实践的不断探索,我国高度重视高职教育,也更为重视以现代学徒制为抓手的人才培养机制与路径探索。缺乏校企的交互培养,缺乏实训的工作场景,缺乏过程性的育人模式,这些现代学徒制探索中的歧路困境在浙江金融职业学院的宁本金服学徒班建设中有了全新转机,交互化、情境化、过程化的人才培养机制为现代文秘专业的现代学徒制构筑提供了有效范例和可行路径。
In recent years,with the continuous exploration of educational practice,China attaches great importance to higher vocational education,and also pays more attention to the exploration of talent training mechanism and path based on modern apprenticeship.The lack of interactive training between schools and enterprises,the lack of practical training work scenes,and the lack of a process oriented education model,these misguided dilemmas in the exploration of modern apprenticeship have made a new turn in the construction of Ningben Jinfu's apprenticeship class in Zhejiang Financial Vocational College.The interactive,situational,and process oriented talent training mechanism provides an effective example and feasible path for the construction of modern apprenticeship in modern secretarial specialty.
