肌电生物反馈联合轻中度有氧运动对脑出血偏瘫患者康复效果的影响 被引量:1

Effect of electromyographic biofeedback combined with mild and moderate aerobic exercise on rehabilitation of hemiplegic patients with cerebral hemorrhage

摘要 目的探讨肌电生物反馈联合轻中度有氧运动对脑出血偏瘫患者康复效果的影响。方法前瞻性研究。抽取2020年9月至2022年9月河南省人民医院收治的98例脑出血偏瘫患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组49例。两组患者均接受常规干预,对照组患者在常规干预基础上应用轻中度有氧运动进行干预,观察组患者在对照组干预基础上联合应用肌电生物反馈进行干预,两组均干预1个月。于干预前及干预后1、3个月,评估并比较两组患者的运动功能[Fugl-Meyer运动评估量表(FMAS)评分]、神经功能[美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分]及日常生活能力[日常生活活动功能量表(ADL)评分]。结果干预前,两组FMAS评分、NIHSS评分及ADL评分比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后1、3个月时,两组上肢、下肢FMAS评分均较干预前升高,NIHSS评分均较干预前降低,ADL评分较干预前升高,且观察组FMAS、ADL评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用肌电生物反馈联合轻中度有氧运动对脑出血偏瘫患者进行干预,能够改善患者的运动及神经功能,提高日常生活能力。 Objective To investigate the effect of electromyographic biofeedback combined with mild and moderate aerobic exercise on the rehabilitation of hemiplegic patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods This study was a prospective study.A total of 98 hemiplegic patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.Both groups received routine intervention;patients in the control group performed mild and moderate aerobic exercise based on the routine intervention,patients in the observation group underwent electromyographic biofeedback based on the intervention of the control group;both groups were intervened for 1 month.Before intervention,1 month after intervention and 3 months after intervention,the motor function assessed by Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment Scale(FMAS)score,neurological function assessed by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,and daily living ability assessed by Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)score of two groups were compared.Results There was no statistical significant difference in FMAS score,NIHSS score and ADL score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).One month and 3 months after intervention,the FMAS scores of the upper and lower limbs in both groups increased,the NIHSS scores decreased,and the ADL scores increased,compared with scores before intervention;FMAS score and ADL score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and NIHSS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Electromyographic biofeedback combined with mild and moderate aerobic exercise in the intervention of hemiplegic patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve the motor and nerve function,and improve the daily living ability.
