基于文本挖掘的职业教育人才需求分析与核心课程改革启示——以电子商务专业为例

Analysis of Talent Demand in Vocational Education Based on Text Mining and Inspiration for Core Curriculum Reform--Taking E-commerce Major as an Example

摘要 随着国家修订职业教育专业目录,职业教育迫切需要与之适应的专业教学标准,尤其需要升级其中的专业核心课程。课程改革的出发点来自社会人才需求,以电子商务专业为例,应用Python爬虫技术对前程无忧招聘系统中的电子商务岗位需求信息进行采集,再基于文本挖掘技术进行词频统计和共现网络分析。结果显示,目前电子商务岗位人才需求可划分为四类:运营、推广、客服和数字媒体营销(含直播),分析不同岗位人才所需具备的核心能力和素质,推导出电子商务专业应开设“新媒体营销”等专业核心课程。以上研究给职业教育核心课程改革带来启示,即基于招聘大数据分析,科学设置专业核心课程,校企共建,注重课程体系的动态调整优化,多措并举推动职业教育课程改革不断良性发展。 With the revision of the professional catalogue of vocational education by the state,vocational education urgently needs to adapt to the professional teaching standards,especially the upgrading of the core curriculum.The starting point of the curriculum reform is from the demand of social talents.Taking e-commerce major as an example,the Python crawler technology is applied to collect the demand information of e-commerce positions in the 51 Job Plaform recruitment,and then word frequency statistics and co-occurrence network analysis are carried out based on text mining technology.The results show that the current demand for talents in e-commerce positions can be divided into four categories:operation,promotion,customer service and digital media marketing(including live broadcasting).The core abilities and qualities required by talents in different positions are analyzed,and the core courses such as"new media marketing"should be set up in e-commerce major.The above research brings enlightenment to the reform of vocational education core curriculum.Based on the big data analysis of recruitment,the professional core curriculum is set up scientifically;school-enterprise co-construction is carried out;and dynamic adjustment and optimization of curriculum system is paid attention to.Multiple measures are taken simultaneously to promote the continuous sound development of vocational education curriculum reform.
