国家层面推进数字化转型及教育数字化转型政策、研究和实践,绝不能从实用主义角度出发,而是必须重视价值观的界定,以免错过参与国际数字文明秩序重建和治理的历史契机。在数字文明变局的关键历史时期,价值观是防止教育数字化转型选择错误历史路向的根本保障。
The planning of digital transformation in education should go beyond the historical dimensions and levels of current digital education.Efforts should be made to examine the human implications of digital technologies,meet the essential needs of civilization advancement and teaching,and establish strategic priorities and key systems for endogenous transformation,said Fengchun Miao,Chief of the Unit for Technology and AI in Education at UNESCO Headquarters.
