摘要 基于新发展理念,从规模增长、产业创新、开放协调、绿色节能、综合效益和成果共享6个维度构建建筑业高质量发展评价指标体系,通过组合赋权及灰色关联系数改进的TOPSIS法测度31个省市建筑业高质量发展水平,并利用空间自相关和障碍度模型分析其空间分异情况和主要滞后因素。研究表明:建筑业高质量发展水平地区差异明显,整体仍有较大提升潜力;区域建筑业高质量发展水平在空间上呈现一定的集聚态势;产业创新和成果共享是制约我国建筑业高质量发展的主要影响因素。据此提出相应的措施建议,以期能够为我国建筑业的高质量发展提供理论参考。 Based on the new development concept,the evaluation index system of high-quality development of construction industry is constructed from six dimensions:scale growth,industrial innovation,open coordination,green energy conservation,comprehensive benefits,and achievement sharing.The TOPSIS method,which is improved by combination weighting and grey correlation coefficient,is used to measure the high-quality development level of the construction industry in 31 provinces,and the spatial autocorrelation and obstacle degree model are used to analyze its spatial differentiation and main lag factors.The research shows that the regional differences in the high-quality development level of the construction industry are obvious,and there is still great potential for improvement;the high-quality development level of the regional construction industry shows a certain agglomeration trend in space;industrial innovation and achievement sharing are the main factors restricting the high-quality development of China's construction industry.Finally,the corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward in order to provide theoretical reference for the high-quality development of China's construction industry.
