铸牢中华民族共同体意识与中华民族共同体建设关系探究

习近平总书记提出铸牢中华民族共同体意识相关论述,又提出中华民族共同体建设的话语表述,皆是“两个结合”在民族领域的重要体现。从三个维度对二者的话语表达进行二元分析。在历史与现实的时间维度中,中华民族共同体建设话语带有浓厚的历史意涵,而铸牢中华民族共同体意识话语的阶段性特征突出。在理论与实践的价值维度中,中华民族共同体建设话语特别强调与理论构建的对接,而铸牢中华民族共同体意识话语集中展现了实践推进中的若干特征。在域内与域外的文明维度中,中华民族共同体建设话语适宜于对外的中西文明对话中使用,而铸牢中华民族共同体意识话语适宜于对内的现代国家建设中推广宣传。中华民族共同体建设话语是历史的、理论的、世界的、系统的、制度的、持久的、中性的;铸牢中华民族共同体意识话语是现实的、经验的、国内的、大众的、政治的、传播的、刚性的。

President XI Jin-ping put forward the relevant discussion of forging the sense of community for Chinese nation,and put forward the discourse expression of the construction of the community for Chinese nation,which is an important embodiment of“two combinations”in the field of nationalities.This paper makes a binary analysis of their discourse expression from three dimensions.In the time dimension of history and reality,the discourse has a strong historical significance.The stage characteristics of the discourse of the sense of community for Chinese nation are prominent.In the value dimension of theory and practice,the discourse emphasizes the docking with theory construction.The focus of discourse on it shows some characteristics in the practice.In the dimension of internal and external civilizations,the discourse is suitable for the dialogue between Chinese and western civilizations.The discourse is suitable for the promotion of modern national construction at home.The discourse of the construction is historical,theoretical,global,systematic,institutional,lasting and neutral.The sense of discourse of the community for Chinese nation is realistic,experiential,domestic,popular,political,propagating and rigid.
