摘要
电气系统综合匹配试验中设备、场地、数据的记录和管理依赖人工开展,易出现漏记、错记、管理混乱等问题,且纸质记录给试验过程追溯、试验数据分析等工作带来极大困难。为满足型号常态化高密度任务需求,进一步推动综合试验“高质量、高效率、高效益”实施,结合未来测试模式发展的必然趋势,从系统架构设计的角度对智慧管理平台进行阐述。整合射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)、图像识别、交互式电子技术手册(Interactive Electronic Technical Manual,IETM)等技术手段搭建智慧管理平台,实现对实验室各要素的综合智能管理,使测试过程可追溯,保证试验的可靠性,提高测试效率,减少人工参与环节,释放人力资源。
The recording and management of equipment,site,and data in the comprehensive matching test of the electrical system rely on manual work,which is prone to problems such as omissions,misrecordings,and chaotic management.Moreover the paper records bring great difficulties to the traceability of the test process and the analysis of test data.In order to meet the requirements of normalized high-density tasks of models,further promote the implementation of"high quality,high efficiency,high benefit"comprehensive tests,and combine the inevitable trend of future test model development,the smart management platform is described from the perspective of system architecture design.Integrate RFID,image recognition,IETM and other technical means to build an intelligent management platform,realize comprehensive intelligent management of various elements of laboratory,make the test process traceable,ensure the reliability of the test,improve test efficiency,reduce manual participation,and release manpower resource.
