The Construction of Library Discipline Service Ecology from the Perspective of Thinking,Consciousness and Capability

基于对高校图书馆学科服务生态的理念与构成要素的认知,分析营造良好学科服务生态所必需具备的思维、意识与能力,提出可通过营造健康和谐的“图书馆-学科馆员-服务对象”学科服务生态,推动学科服务的可持续发展。

Based on the cognition of the concept and components of discipline service ecology in university libraries,this paper analyzes the necessary thinking,consciousness and capability to build a good discipline service ecology,and puts forward that the sustainable development of subject service can be promoted by building a healthy and harmonious“library-discipline librarian-service object”subject service ecology.
