公共图书馆图书采购标准化研究

On the Standardization of Book Acquisition in Public Libraries

公共图书馆有责任为读者提供更有价值、更有意义的图书。但是受限于图书采购人员的专业知识和服务意识,满足读者选择性的读书需求往往无法很好地实现。为了克服图书采购的随意性,公共图书馆的图书配置应该有可参照的行业标准。图书馆界有必要发挥行业组织的优势,动员全体馆员、有识之士共同选书、荐书,从各图书馆借书排行榜中筛选并编制出一套各学科经典图书目录,从而使繁杂的图书选购有章可循,实现程序化、规范化、标准化。

Public libraries have a responsibility to provide readers with more valuable and meaningful books.However,limited by the professional knowledge and service consciousness of book purchasers,it is often impossible to meet the selective reading needs of readers.In order to overcome the arbitrariness of book acquisition,there should be industry standards for the allocation of books in public libraries.It is necessary for the library industry to give full play to the advantages of industry organizations,mobilize all librarians and people of insight to jointly select and recommend books,screen and compile a set of classic books of various disciplines from the list of library loans,so that the complicated book acquisition has rules to follow,and achieve procedural,normalized and standardized.
