阅读推广赋能乡村文化振兴——宁强县图书馆文化助力脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴工作启示

Reading Promotion Empowers Rural Cultural Revitalization:The Practical Inspiration of Ningqiang County Library Consolidating and Expanding Poverty Alleviation Achievements and Effectively Connecting with Rural Revitalization

推动、引导、服务全民阅读,是《公共图书馆法》赋予公共图书馆的使命之一。宁强县图书馆在近几年的公共文化服务实践中,立足于文化助力脱贫攻坚三年行动,积极投身于脱贫攻坚战与乡村振兴战略的文化振兴,利用流动服务车开展送书下乡、“图书馆+”进基层读书等系列文化活动,取得了一定的社会效益。本文在介绍具体做法的基础上,总结目前存在的短板与问题,提出三点启示性建言。

The public library promotes,guides and serves the national reading,is one of the missions given by The Public Library Law.In the practice of public cultural services in recent years,Ningqiang County Library,based on the three-year action of culture to help poverty alleviation,actively participates in the cultural revitalization of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategy,and uses mobile service vehicles to carry out a series of cultural activities such as sending books to the countryside and“library+”to read books at the grass-roots level,which has achieved certain social benefits.On the basis of introducing the specific practices,this paper summarizes the existing shortcomings and problems,and puts forward three enlightening suggestions.
