GDM合并PPROM孕产妇宫颈分泌物PAMG-1变化与阴道微生物感染分析 被引量:1

Analysis of PAMG-1 changes in cervical secretion and vaginal microbial infection in pregnant women with GDM and PPROM

摘要 目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)合并未足月胎膜早破(PPROM)孕产妇宫颈分泌物胎盘α-1微球蛋白(PAMG-1)变化与阴道微生物感染的关系。方法选取2019年1月至2022年3月在海口市妇幼保健院治疗的GDM合并PPROM孕产妇98例(GDM合并PPROM组),同时选取GDM孕产妇100例(GDM组),正常孕产妇100例(正常组)作为对照,检测各组宫颈分泌物PAMG-1表达以及阴道微生物感染情况。结果GDM合并PPROM组宫颈分泌物PAMG-1阳性表达率为62.24%,明显高于GDM组和正常组(P<0.05);多重感染、PAMG-1阳性表达孕产妇其新生儿不良结局发生率为57.41%和57.38%,明显高于无感染、PAMG-1阴性表达孕产妇(P<0.05)。结论GDM合并PPROM孕产妇宫颈分泌物PAMG-1阳性表达升高,与阴道微生物感染、新生儿不良结局发生有关,值得进一步研究。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the changes of placental α-1 microglobulin(PAMG-1)in cervical secretion and vaginal microbial infection in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and preterm premature rupture of membranes(PPROM).Methods 98 pregnant women with GDM combined with PPROM(study group)who were treated in Haikou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to March 2022 were selected,100 pregnant women with GDM(GDM group)and 100 normal pregnant women(normal group)were selected as control.The expression of PAMG-1 in cervical secretion and vaginal microbiological infection in each group were detected.Results The positive expression rate of PAMG-1 in cervical secretion of study group was 62.24%,which was significantly higher than that of GDM group and normal group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes in pregnant women with multiple infections and positive PAMG-1 expression was 57.41% and 57.38%,which was significantly higher than that in pregnant women without infection and negative PAMG-1 expression(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression of PAMG-1 in cervical secretion of pregnant women with GDM and PPROM is increased,which is related to vaginal microbial infection and adverse neonatal outcomes.
