摘要
实行警务化管理,是公安院校坚持政治建警、从严治校方针,培养“四个铁一般”高素质专业化公安人才的最基本举措,也是公安院校教育和管理的特色之一。辅导员作为开展学生警务化管理工作的骨干力量,对学生思想品德和纪律作风的养成,对学生专业素质和综合能力的培养具有重要作用。在新时代新形势下,公安院校辅导员必须与时俱进,着力破解当前制约警务化管理工作效能提升的瓶颈性问题,以创新管理模式、增强学风建设、转变育人理念、提高自身能力等方面为切入点,积极探索警务化管理的优化路径。
The implementation of police-based management is the most basic measure for public security academies and universities to adhere to the policy of political police building and strict school management,and to cultivate“four iron-like”high-quality professional public security personnel,and it is also one of the characteristics of public security academy education and management.As the backbone of student policing management,counselors play an important role in cultivating students’ideological character and police behavior awareness in the specific organization and implementation,and in the cultivation of students’professional quality and comprehensive ability.Under the new historical conditions,how to improve the efficiency of police management for counselors in public security colleges and universities to achieve the strategic goal of talent training is a major issue facing the current student management of public security colleges.
