心房颤动患者Marshall静脉酒精消融术中导丝断裂一例

A Case of Wire Rapture in the Vein During Marshall Ethanol Infusion in a Patient With Atrial Fibrillation

Marshall静脉酒精消融术中可出现血管夹层、血管穿孔、心包炎、心包压塞、脑卒中、过敏性休克、高度房室阻滞、左心耳隔离等并发症,但发生概率均较低。本文报道1例心房颤动患者行Marshall静脉酒精消融术时导丝断裂于Marshall静脉内,未造成心包压塞。

Vein of Marshall(VOM)ethanol infusion for the treatment of atrial fibrillation can sometimes result in complications,including VOM perforation,VOM dissection,pericarditis,cardiac tamponade,stroke,anaphylactic shock,high-degree atrioventricular block,and left atrial appendage isolation.This manuscript reports a case of wire rapture in the vein during VOM in a patient with atrial fibrillation.No cardiac tamponade occurred in this patient.
