摘要
心房分流术是治疗心力衰竭的一种新型器械方法,在射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HFpEF)和射血分数降低的心力衰竭(HFrEF)的治疗中显示出较好的应用前景。目前国内外不同心房分流装置已进入或已完成多中心临床试验阶段,其安全性和有效性已经获得初步验证,但在改善血液动力学参数、功能状态和生活质量方面的疗效及远期并发症方面的证据仍然不足。本文综述国内外心房分流装置的研究概况与其相关临床试验的最新进展。
Atrial shunt therapy is a new instrument therapeutic option used to treat heart failure which may benefit heart failure patients with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF)and heart failure patients with reduced ejection fraction(HFrEF).Several kinds of atrial shunt devices are being evaluated in ongoing multicenter clinical trials,and some have completed multicenter clinical trials in China and abroad.Their safety and effectiveness have been confirmed in preliminary trials,but the longterm complications and whether the treatment improves hemodynamic parameters,functional status,and quality of life in the long run remain unknown.The purpose of this review is to summarize the latest research on atrial shunt devices and the latest progress regarding clinical trials.
