燃气轮机箱装体压差报警停机问题分析及解决方案

摘要 某海上钻井平台燃气轮机在无风天气条件下能正常运转,在当地风速达到7级(17 m/s)左右时,发生通风系统箱装体压差报警停机。通过研究燃气轮机箱装体压差探测原理,对燃气轮机通风系统整体进行数值模拟,重点分析外界风速的影响。综合得到故障原因为压差变送器在箱装体外的取样口受到风力影响,压差表示数不能正常反映风机工作情况,导致压差低报警停机。通过整改现场压差引压管位置,并多次验证,故障得到解决。 The gas turbine of an offshore platform can operate normally in windless weather.When the local wind speed reached level 7(17 m/s),the differential pressure alarm of the ventilation system enclosure and turbine shut down.By studying the differential pressure detection principle of gas turbine enclosure,further numerical simulation of the whole gas turbine ventilation system was carried out,focusing on the impact of external wind speed.It can be concluded that the reason for the failure is that the sampling port of the differential pressure transmitter outside the enclosure was affected by the wind,and the differential pressure indication cannot normally reflect the working condition of the fan,resulting in the low differential pressure alarm and shutdown.The fault was solved through rectification of the location of differential pressure impulse pipe on site and multiple verifications.
